By accessing or using Pinwicket, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live, and you are responsible for following laws that apply to your use of the directory.

You may use Pinwicket for personal, lawful browsing and comparison of golf-related opportunities. Do not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, overload our systems, or use automated access in a way that harms the service or evades reasonable controls.

Pinwicket publishes and organizes information about third-party golf offers. We may verify a listing against an authorized source on the date shown, but the directory is informational and may change, contain mistakes, or become unavailable without notice.

Nothing on Pinwicket is legal, financial, travel, medical, or other professional advice. Decide whether an offer fits your needs, budget, schedule, and playing plans, and confirm the details with the partner before acting.

Every offer is controlled by its third-party partner. Pinwicket does not guarantee that a listed price, tee time, date, discount, inventory level, eligibility rule, expiration window, tax, fee, cancellation policy, or other term will be available or honored when you click.

A booking or purchase is between you and the partner. Pinwicket does not take your payment, issue a confirmation, provide the service or product, guarantee the partner's performance, or resolve partner disputes. Contact the partner for changes, cancellations, refunds, delivery, tee-time questions, or support.

Some links are affiliate links. Pinwicket may receive a commission if you complete a qualifying action after following one. External sites are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and checkout rules. A link or listing does not mean Pinwicket sponsors, owns, or guarantees the linked business, product, service, content, or result.

Unless stated otherwise, Pinwicket owns or has permission to use the Pinwicket name, editorial presentation, original copy, design, and site software. You may not copy, republish, frame, resell, or create a competing feed from the site content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

We may add, remove, correct, pause, or reorganize pages and listings at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, partners, or our rights. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pinwicket provides the site and its content on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty that a third-party offer will be accepted, available, safe, or suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinwicket and its owners, operators, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, bookings, or opportunities arising from or related to the site, a click, a partner, or an offer—even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinwicket’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid directly to Pinwicket for access to the site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

We may revise these terms as the service or law changes. The effective and updated dates above identify the current version. By continuing to use Pinwicket after an updated version is posted, you agree to the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
